LS4b glider project for sale with complette documentation and production tools. LS4 series glider is undoubtedly still the most preferred single-seater club and training sailplane for enjoyment and for a simple and safe gliding. So far, 1050 gliders of the LS4,-a,-b models have been manufactured.
LS4b is the glider of Rolladen Schneider Flugzeugbau GmbH design and of AMS – FLIGHT. It is a single-seat glider, 15 m standard & club class with retractable gear. LS4 series exists of different LS4 models, LS4, LS4-a and LS4-b, as positive modifications and improvements were made to the baseline of LS4 model. LS4b glider project offer also features the most of previous LS4 and LS4a models items, concerning documentation and tools.
The offer of LS4b project includes all needed to produce complette gliders or only their parts. The contents are as follows, set of production tools and accessories, manufacturing drawings, production and quality system applications, design and certification documentation, materials used specifications and many of photos about details of LS gliders production and assembly.
All necessary plans and drawings for the manufacture and assembly of the LS4b are scanned and thus they are in pdf formats.
The tools set is of complete production tools for LS4b, tools for wings, fuselage, ailerons, horizontal tail, with their many inner structural and assembly parts tools and jigs. The production tools are well preserved and suitable for immediate production, of course after initial preparation and inspection. Their storage was in a dry space.
Thus, it is also possible to certify this LS4b type of glider, under the same name or with a changed name, with the competent aviation authority, anew. LS4-b was designed and certified by Rolladen Schneider Flugzeugbau GmbH, Germany and than project-bought and certified by AMS, Slovenia. LS4-b was than AMS type re-certified according JAR22 and EASA Part 22 by Luftfahrt-Bundesamt in Germany and EASA Köln. For already manufactured and flying gliders of the LS4 series, the EASA type certificate LS4-a-b was later transferred to DG Flugzeugbau GmbH, Germany, for practical reasons of common – one place LS gliders after sales support and only in this organizational section. And AMS is the sole owner of the LS4b project entirely.
