Terms and conditions
PRODUCTS
The seller is the aviation company with its own quality / control system according to which it manufactures and manages products. Products are presented with their descriptions. Product photos shown may represent the type of product, or be for illustration purposes only, and may not be an exact representation of the product delivered.
Seller provides you with its own certificate of conformance for its products in general. This is noted on every invoice. The type of special aviation tests – reports, forms (Form 1, Form CofC, others) if belongs to an individual product is presented in the product description. Please inquire at time of order if reports – forms are available for the products you are ordering. If available, reports – forms must be requested at time of order while in some cases the product must be special-checked from the seller. These reports – forms cannot be furnished after you receive the product.
PRICES
The prices published in the online Shop section are in EUR, they include national VAT of 22% and they are valid ex works Incoterm or another Incoterm referenced on seller’s offer, pro-forma invoice or other order confirmation.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in advance prior to shipping the ordered parts. We offer two payment options:
– Bank transfer (wire transfer)
– Credit card
All domestic and European Union citizens and non-taxable organizations pay the legal national VAT of Slovenia (22%).
Entitled to non-payment of VAT, these not pay national Slovenian VAT supplement in the price:
- for goods exported from the European Union
- for goods ordered by a company or organization that is a EU taxable organization (with a periodic VAT balance – settlement in its country), which (buyer’s country) is a member of the European Union.
(note at 2.) Such an EU taxable organization must send us its valid national VAT number code because we are only obliged to check its validity in order to be able to sell goods at prices excluding VAT.
Customers that would like to pay without VAT are obliged to complete the order via Bank transfer method.
SHIPPING
Delivery date is binding when the down payment deposit is paid and the specification of the order is confirmed by the seller. Seller ships worldwide by national postal mail service, UPS courier or transportation companies, depending on buyers region and order specification, for example depending on the dimensions, number and weight of the shipment package-s.
Shipping costs across European Union are defined automatically via CHECKUOUT. Such deliveries take up to 6 working days, a force majeure situation time excluded. Shipping costs and shipping dates are defined in offers and payment pro-forma invoices as well.
Shipping costs outside European Union are calculated manually and are sent to a buyer after Get a quote form is sent from buyer.
All confirmed shipping dates are without transportation time.
Deliveries outside EU can take longer, depend on local customs and region. Times of delivery indicated cannot be considered final deadlines. We only charge item price plus shipping cost. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are buyer responsibility. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
Customer is obligated to take the delivery of order. In case if customer does not take the delivery of the order, goods are returned back and customer will be charged with cancellation costs.
Items can be can be picked up in person in our address in Slovenia without shipping cost. Please write Picked up in person to Order notes and select Bank transfer payment option where shipping cost will be deducted from the final amount.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Products supplied are covered by a manufacturer warranty of 1 year. The warranty is granted by the manufacturer of the products. The warranty ensures that, in case the product manufactured by Seller is defective during the warranty period, the product will be repaired or new part is supplied. The warranty excludes any compensation of any labor costs paid by seller due to a defect in a product.
GENERAL
Service and sales are subject to buyer’s general terms and conditions of sale.
Seller is company AMS letalstvo d.o.o. (AMS Aviation Ltd.) registered at Court in Kranj, Co. No. 3856968000, ID No. for VAT: SI40326616.
Buyer means a customer that places on an order which is accepted by seller.
Deliverables means all goods and services referenced on sellers order confirmation and/or contract. Order confirmation means seller’s written confirmation of ordered goods and/or services. The contract (pro-forma invoice or / and invoice) means the purchase and supply agreement between the seller and the buyer.
